Processing Time

All UNMUTE pieces are held in stock and dispatched by us directly. Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–5 business days of payment clearing. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Dispatch and tracking

Every order is dispatched with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Your parcel travels with our international logistics partner and is handed over to your local postal or courier service for final delivery. When that handover happens, your tracking may switch to a new number issued by the local carrier. This is normal and doesn't mean anything has gone wrong.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Free international shipping for orders over 99 USD.

Taxes and duties

Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance are prepaid — you will not be asked to pay anything on delivery. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

If something goes wrong in transit

Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you. If tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, email care@unmuteofficial.net and we will open an enquiry with the carrier. If an order is confirmed lost, we'll replace or refund any order confirmed lost in transit.
