Return window

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Condition

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with any tags attached.

Hygiene-sealed items

Earrings, body jewelry and swimwear are sealed before dispatch for hygiene reasons. You can return these within 14 days provided the hygiene seal is intact. Once the seal has been broken we can't accept a return, unless the item is faulty or damaged. This does not affect your legal rights in respect of faulty goods.

How to return an item

1. Email care@unmuteofficial.net within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
3. Post the item back using a tracked service. Keep your proof of postage — we refund on proof of postage, so you don't wait for the parcel to arrive.
4. Your refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving either the item or your proof of postage, whichever comes first. Your bank may take a few further days to show it.

Return shipping costs

Return postage is paid by you and is not refundable. If the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we cover the return cost in full.

Delivery costs on cancelled orders

If you cancel your whole order within the 14-day cancellation period, we refund the standard outbound delivery charge you paid as well as the item price. If you chose an upgraded delivery service, we refund the standard rate.

Faulty or incorrect items

Email care@unmuteofficial.net with your order number and a photo within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund including postage, at your choice.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Email us as soon as possible.
